Hidden truth among murky waters (Tag: Ariella)

Cale rode down to Lannisport on his horse for a short stroll and to watch as the sun was setting upon the water. The scene was absolutely beautiful even making the Lannisport water look pleasant enough to swim in. The murky water actually looked blue at this time of day, which always made it look that pleasant. It wasn't bad to swim in, it's just the murky color just wasn't as appealing. And he only liked swimming in it when it was that blue color and mostly everyone at the port were leaving. People would call him spoiled, strange, or just picky. Well truthfully, that's what Cale was and he wasn't ashamed of this.

He glanced down at his horse who seemed to be staring out at the water a bit tensely. Usually his horse didn't like to stand still for so long. It worried Cale due to the horse being one of his favorite horse, one of the fastest horses that Cale had ever ridden so far. He pulled slightly at the reigns and tried to coax him into trotting, but the horse was unresponsive. "What's the matter? Something actually got your attention? And it's only water?" Cale chuckled lightly as he stared out at the water as well. He'd think that the Horse would find a pretty mare more interesting than this, while Cale enjoyed the scene though.

The water soon became stained with a flash of red that danced just bellow the surface followed by the gleam of light hitting something though it disappeared in a flash. Lannisport waters were perfect for her, murky and dark it was easy to claim a guest or two who would not even be able to see her. Though through the waters below as murky as they were to human eyes to her it was like being in her ocean, diving low and feeling the sand in between her fingers only to rise swimming on her back to gaze at the light through the waters. Though she caught the look of something near the waters, what was it? It made her curious. Taking a moment she slowed her swimming gait only to smile as she twirled in the waters only to break the surface with a flip of her long red hair drawing breath as if she needed it.

Keeping her lower half concealed in the waters though the top half was bare. A young maiden bathing in the waters perhaps? yes that was the role she would play this day... panting softly as if she had been gasping for air her brillieant eyes turned to spy the man on his horse, she gasped softly covering herself swimming over to the nearest rocky out cropping.

Cale's eyes quickly flitted down over at the water, his gaze leaving the sunset. He saw a quick flash of red, before it disappeared as quickly. Both the horse and Cale kept on observing the water before a young woman with long red hair appeared suddenly upon the surface of the water. This sudden action spooked his horse a bit who began to shake it's head vigorously and stomp at the ground repeating. "Whoa there!" He whispered out in a stern tone as he tightened the reins, while stroking the Horse's neck over and over until it began to calm down. Golden brown eyes returned over at the young maiden, watching as she gasped softly as she covered herself while swimming over to the nearest rocky out cropping.

He peered over there for a few seconds before getting off his horse and tying his reins to a post. Then made his way over to the rocky out cropping cautiously. "Are you really bathing out here? In these waters?" he called out in a calm curious tone. There was usually no one out here swimming at this time of day. It was slightly strange. But the young lannister couldn't help but notice this young woman's beauty at all. "Also alone as well? This situation is quite questionable." he remarked as he began to get close to the cropping.

Fine horse.... fine clothes.... a noble man perhaps? how long has it been since she drowned a noble man? she honestly could not remember for merchants and fishermen were more likely to cross her waters. Her eyes danced watching him get closer the colors of a storm in her eyes playfully running over him. She seemed less afraid but more curious and even mischievous like she was happy to get caught bathing though she feigned modesty sinking into the water teasingly covering her chest. Gods her hair was redder then the lannister red it complimented her skin which looked smooth and begged to be touch. And when she spoke it was as if her voice beckoned him to her, its tone teasing "Forgive me m'lord I thought I would be alone, tis it not a woman's own buisiness whether she dares to be alone? you are neither my father nor my brother certainly" letting out a small giggle before she disappeared under the water.

She was no where to be seen unknown to the nobleman she was watching him deciding to have more fun she swam in circles till her fins split it was an agony but well worth it for where her fin was she had gained legs of a human knowing her legs would be weak at first but all the better to trick a noble boy with. Appearing by the outcropping with a small gasp of air as she looked at him with a smile ".... you are still here?" slowly pulling herself half up letting her long red hair cover her as she once again feigned modesty covering herself.

Cale quirked an eyebrow as he caught the young woman's eyes rake over him. He thought he could see that her expression seemed mischievous at first. But it seemed to have played tricks on his mind once she sunk into the water, covering her chest. If she was so modest and shy of being caught bathing in the waters of Lannisport, then why do so? Perhaps she had thought the same thing he had thought about the port being empty. His eyes traveled over her skin and hair, taking in delight at how red her hair was. Cale didn't think he'd see anything that was redder than the Lannister banner colors. Well he was indeed wrong. She really was quite the beauty, Cale concluded as he started to walk along the rocky cropping to her. He laughed lightly at her comments regarding him not being her father or brother and that her business wasn't his to know. "I believe it is my business. After all I am a Lannister. And this is technically my port." he remarked, knowing that wasn't really truthful. His uncle was the true owner of the port, but it didn't mean that it didn't belong to the other Lannisters such as him.

Cale came to a stop as the young woman disappeared under the water from his sight, peering down at the waters to find where she swam to. He saw a little ripple in the water, but took no notice to it until the young woman appeared above water once again. "Of course. To leave a woman unattended in the water with no one else around? That would be dishonorable." Cale grinned, the word dishonorable left a bitter taste in his mouth. The young Lannister didn't really care much about honor, usually only caring about himself and those that he liked and cared for. Such as family members and the deformed.

Ariella grinned back at him only to laugh, her laugh gay full of mocking joy ringing like a bell that matched the crashing waves against the rocks "A Lannister? well I do seem to find myself in a bit of a pickle then... a wealthy noble lad like you and a poor innocent maiden such as myself" her eyes sparkingly once again with their mischief "what would the people say? after all sir you claim to wish to preserve your honor protecting me and yet... your eyes say you tell lies. For they are as hungry as the sea" with that she lifted herself from the water revealing her pale legs she wore naught but her hair, slowly letting her arm fall to her side. Upon the rocks with the water splashing again her body she looked more like some water nymph then a poor peasant girl as her eyes shined upon him.

Cale perked up slightly at the sound of her laugh, never ever had he heard a laugh such as her. "Quite a laugh you have there," he remarked giving the young woman a smile, quirking an eyebrow at her. "You're acting so innocent but...your actions tell me otherwise." he smirked, his golden brown eyes gleaming with interest and amusement as his eyes gazes upon her pale legs. The young lannister soon approached the young woman with a slightly short distance between them. His eyes literally brightened at her observation, causing him to laugh out in delight as well. "I'm a man. And you're a naked woman bathing in the waters of Lannisport. Those two don't mix very well. You really have a sharp eye." He didn't have any honor much, but he hoped that the woman didn't believe he'd resort to rape. Cale had plenty of females at the brothels to please him, he could handle a naked woman in the water refusing him.

"Mmm yes but if you had wished to rape me I believe you would have grabbed me the second I was free from the water.... forgive me m'lord but you hardly seem the type. Though if you do wish to try, I could introduce you to the sea for it has been a great friend to me and my family" she said with a smirk teasing him even threatening him a little though it was hardly serious for she made no defensive action. She was teasing him playing with him like a cat and a mouse no doubt he was used to being the cat though.

She was quick of wit too if a bit bold for a woman and brazen now more so then before "of course a man and a naked woman is not a good mix that poor man would get his clothes wet. however if tales are believed to be true a naked man and a naked woman is the most pleasurable of concoctions"   gently standing up before him though she did not move closer simply teasing him with her pure presence while her voice beckoned him in.

"You're right. I'm not that type, although you do seem to be tempting me." He hadn't ever met a woman who teased him like this. It almost felt like a game and it seemed that the young lannister was being the one played with. Never before had he been in this kind of situation. He was always the one who was in control of the game, which didn't please him much. But at the same time it was slightly thrilling. Cale gazed upon the girl with calculating eyes, smiling only a bit. Which quickly turned into a smirk instead at the small threat she made. "Tempting and threatening me? You are quite bold." he chuckled lowly,his eyes kept upon her as she stood before him.

He glanced from her to the waters, finding her threat to be a bit strange. She was a stranger bathing in the waters of Lannisport while he was a noble Lannister. The situation was beyond odd. The young lannister was starting to believe that it would be unsafe to get into the waters with the young maiden. Women like her were very dangerous, especially as beautiful as her. Slowly Cale reached out with one hand and took a gentle hold of a few locks of her red hair. It felt soft as a feather even though she had been swimming. He flashed her a small seductive smile while letting her hair slip from his fingers. "Those tales are delightful...but alas I do not swim." he lied.

Oh she was having great fun with this for the young lad was adorably unaware of the danger he was in she estimated one good push could send him into the water where she would have him but she had her fill of drowned men from playing earlier and this one was oh so fun to play with. she let him touch her hair only to take a gentle step forward  "Pity.... and yet we are on land now, your land to be exact if you wish to claim it as such. I believe through all my teasing and threatening at this moment I am quite at your mercy" matching his smile with one of her own raising her hand up to gently touch his chest to let her fingers tease along it "perhaps a kiss then? after all since you have been staring tis I think only fair I ask for some sort of payment. Then again I heard a mans kiss could be quite the poison for a maiden, makes them wish for more"

Her eyes danced at the idea and she let him know this by looking into his eyes, they were not desperate like the eyes of some whores, they were not set on his wallet like some noblewomen and neither were they in fear or awe of him like some common women. She simply looked at him, like he was a man and she a woman equal yet different now teasing each other. Though she never plainly and openly offered nothing more then a kiss, though her eyes promised it would be one he could never forget.

Cale watched the young maiden closely as she took a step forward to him. He chuckled lowly at her remark at being at his mercy. "You could say that. Being such a temptress to a Lannister, people would believe you to be crazy." he murmured, shrugging his shoulders lightly. Though the thought of such a bold, beautiful woman being at his mercy did sound promising. She had to be clearly teasing him though, Cale felt by her comment and her movement. Golden brown eyes glanced down at his chest as he watched and felt her hand upon his chest, running her fingers along it in a teasing way. He smirked, raising an eyebrow at her suggestion of a kiss. "A kiss?.." he responded, his eyes gleaming with amusement at her next remark. "It's quite the poison indeed. It spreads through the woman's body, making them crave the man even more so." he added in a teasing tone.

He played along with the woman's remark of the kiss, nodding his head slightly. "A kiss would indeed suffice." Cale responded, taking a hold of her chin gently and tilting it up slightly. His golden brown eyes searched through her storm colored eyes, finding that her gaze was a bit different from those that Cale had in his company before. Should he be impressed by this or a bit concerned. Though Cale didn't dwell too long onto the thought for much longer.

She stared at him meeting him her one hand moving up to trace along his jaw delicately with her fingers feeling his skin warm like any humans. Smilling at his comments about the kiss feeling the rush of such a meeting for to her it was quite the delicious game she so did love to tease a man so. And here was one to match her in ever stroke of word she met him, it thrilled her to no end. But she was about to give him a gift one that would certainly leave it's mark, for she was in it for the long game with this one.... she would give him a mermaids kiss.

Without fear Ariella closed her eyes and leaned in to connect their lips letting a spark grow and flare with her own little magic, one of the few she still had in this shape for a mermaids kiss was passionate full of desire, wanting and lust built to steal the very breath from a mans lungs. She planned on keeping the kiss long hoping to leave him scarce of breath to only then part with a giggle.

Cale tensed slightly in surprise as he felt the coldness of her fingers tracing his jaw. It made him a bit curious to why. It didn't feel like the coldness that people's skin had when they were swimming or got out of the water. The temperature feeling of her fingers just felt different from it. The thoughts of this immediately left his mind the instant she leaned in and pressed her lips upon his lips. It was a long passionate kiss that the fair maiden was giving him He hadn't thought that she'd take the initiative so quickly, surprised a bit at much of her boldness. The action was really arousing to the young Lannister.

He leaned in into the kiss, her kiss quickly flared into a lustful passionate one. His thoughts on breaking the kiss for air slipped his mind as the passion just grew stronger and stronger. The noble lannister was getting pulled deeper and deeper into the kiss. But soon enough the young fair maiden pulled away giggling, leaving him breathless from the long, passionate kiss. Cale couldn't believe that the kiss had made his heart beat so rapidly. Or perhaps it was due to his breathless state? Whatever it was, Cale couldn't deny that it had been one of the best kisses that he had. Once he got air back in his lungs, he stared down at the young woman with a fascinated gaze, his cheeks still flushed from the kiss. "T-That was t-truly a worthy kiss," he remarked in a breathless tone.

Ariella continued to giggle looking at him watching him try to breath, it was one of her favourite things in the world to watch. The breath tasted all the sweeter when it was the last one but she would relent in merely stealing a little. After all there was little fun to be had in killing him right away. Her eyes dancing as she roamed her eyes along his form, her smile never breaking.

"why thank you my lord, twas quite special though I do believe you lord viper have tasted your own poison... shall we both curse the lust in our souls that causes our hearts to beat so fast as if it was a galloping horse?" with this she let out a laugh "Mmmm alas to drink again could prove fatal for us both, and you do not even know my name nor I yours in truth"

Cale could feel the young woman's gaze upon him, hearing her giggle softly as he was getting air back into his body. He tilted his head a bit, his eyes gleaming with delight at her remark of him tasting the poison of his kiss as well as she did. "The lust of such poison was too much for me, I admit. It was too passionate and addicting for me to pull away as well." he smirked charmingly at the young maiden. The young lannister gave her a slight nod at her last comment. It was true. The kiss would indeed prove to be fatal, the lannister male was still getting used to having air in his lungs once again. Another kiss would truly steal his life away. "Tis true. I apologize for not introducing myself sooner. I am Cale Lannister; grandson of Tyrion Lannister." Cale always introduced himself this way, being proud to be the grandson of Tyrion Lannister. Those who mock him for such closeness to the man, Cale was usually ruthless with them. Not giving them mercy in the slightest.

"Cale Lannister.... grandson of Tyrion" she said thinking why on earth this human male considered his grandfather important, she thought most were still obsessed with their fathers honor.... was he important she took a moment to piece together memories of whispers she knew many things there was apparently a new human queen a targaryen one at that and here she had thought that the dragon mother was the last of the bloodline. Lets see now.... where had she heard such a name before?

Then a song came to her, a memory sung out on seas her eyes were wide as she was filled with the tune. She stepped from him humming softly the tune in her head

"You snub your cub too many times~
You just might feel his bite~"

Her voice range out its echo the tantalizing beckoning call of her kind. But she continued to simply hum the tune, smilling at Cale.

"Yes.... I remember.... sails of red against the blue sky, a ship for war returning home from a long journey. For it came before the fire so hot it burned the seas a queen on dragons..... a story to scare all children to remember that all things even those smaller can bring in tides of great change. I know the story well.  now I know what you speak of him with your name.... perhaps you will think so low of mine.... for I am Ariella... Ariella Blacktyde"

Speaking the name of a dead noble house ravaged by the war of the five kings of sea travelers, the name held no honor nor boasted great knights... it spoke only of the sea and death. Though weaved only greater mystery of the woman before him, to claim such a name. In truth it was not her name fully for she had once courted a blacktyde she did not love him, she made him her own and on what would be their wedding night she took him into the sea. A plan she wished to recreate, as if she knew there would be doubt she gave him a coy smile.

"Or perhaps I am lieing... and I am but a common whore"

Teasing him once again daring him to call her such challenging him like the sea challenged all fishermen with its storms, she wondered if he would push deeper or veer away from the waters.

Cale watched her closely as she stepped back, humming a soft familiar tune. Then smirked a bit as he recognized the tune immediately as she sung a bit of it. "The Half Man's song." he simply responded, nodding his head in recognition. The song of his father spoke of him well and in truth. he then tilted his head as she spoke of him maybe thinking low of her name. Ariella Blacktyde. The Blacktyde House was a bannerman to the Greyjoy House, which was now headed by Naveen Greyjoy due to the passing of the old head. But that House had been destroyed in the war of the five kings. The males of the House line were dead and the House had took too much damage from the War to prosper.

"To be honest, I do not think greatly of Houses that are below the Lannister House. I usually belittle those in those kind of houses. Unless...I take interest in one such as you." Cale remarked, giving a her a charming smile. Once she suggested that she could be lying to him, made the young lannister stare at her with a vague expression. "That would not be wise, I assure you. Although being a whore doesn't displease me one bit. The brothels see me enough as it is. But you lying is what will get in you in terrible trouble." He chided the young woman in a serious yet playful tone that did speak the truth.

"Really now? the way I hear it nobles lie quite often playing their games... only to forget the sordid past of how nobles came to be, first men indeed with sword, axe and shield waging wars across the land. The weapons of choice of noble be but secrets, lies, gold and the sword, no gods came from the heavens to give them their titles they took it through the iron price. But bury the idea of such a thing after all one must maintain the appearance of nobility"

She thrust back a new wave, she was much too well educated to be a simple common woman yet her tone let out a low ring of playfulness and mockery at nobility. There was no gem or bit of jewelry religious or otherwise upon her nothing to betray her nature or rank. For her head was held high and her eyes met his unafraid like an equal yet her sense of modesty would make most others blush.

"I am glad you find me interesting at least young lannister, puff your lions chest in pride for I am interested in you as well... and I am not a common maid" her words this time run sweeter pleasant and truthful, for it was the truth in oh so many ways if he knew her for what she was she would be the rarest gem he probably would ever find. But it was her secret.

"Mmmm I think I may handle trouble enough.... the issue is if you could handle me?" she laughed at that statement before stepping up to him resting a hand over his chest right over his heart before being so bold as to lay her head upon it to listen to his breathing "But I do think you have strong enough heart for it...." retreating from him with a giggle "so tell me young lion, what would you do to know me? offer me gold? jewels? if you think that means anything to me. Tis not your riches nor title that I care for" Once again ringing with the sweet truth yet fascinating if it were so, for here was a woman who only looked at him as a man not at his deep pockets nor red banner.

Cale chuckled in delight at her modest and bold remark of nobility and their lying. He shrugged his shoulders, not giving much care to how nobles came to be. He was born into the nobility of the lannister house, earning his nobility from only being born into it. So the idea of nobles attaining their way of life did not concern him at all. "Sorry dear maiden. But alas your comments on nobility do not interest me. But I do contest that it's true of nobles lying to get what we want." Cale gave her a small wicked smile before adding "Although we nobles are not keen on commoners or others below our status to lie to us. I know it's hypocritical, but alas we nobles are wicked and unfair at times."

He took a liking to how she held her head high and her eyes were meeting his gaze, unafraid. The way she spoke and acted was very different from this girl's he found in the brothels. His eyes gleaned and Cale laughed out in pure delight at her remark directed at him to puff his lion's chest in pride for having her interested in him. "Your words are truly amusing. There are rumors of red heads being spirited and fiery, although this is my first witness of such." Cale stated in a delightful tone. His eyebrows raised in surprise as she placed her hand over where his heart was then laid her head upon it as well. "I believe that I'll have no trouble, don't you worry." He then tilted his head in a curious way as she asked him what would he do to get to know her. "I see..." Cale stood there silent, seemingly looking like he was actually thinking which was partially doing. If his title, wealth nor looks would no nothing to sway her, then perhaps he should do something he had never done, due to the kinds of women he slept with. "How about I leave that to you? You know what you want, then how about telling me what it is? I'll...see if I can try to resort to what you want," Cale grinned, saying this in a playful tone.

"Yes there are many others that do the same though, and even nobles cannot run away from lies forever" she said speaking with a playful tone smiling back at him. Watching him laugh was an interesting sight for her for it was so rare for her to hear someone joyous in her company, many did not remain such for long.

But here he was and it seemed she delighted him with her ways which to him were brazen and bold but to her were quite natural in a way she viewed him as the lower one on the simple aspect he was human and she was not. Course she was no stranger to the senses of superiority and pride, but she let that wash away to simple see him as a man and herself as a woman. Thinking any other way would ruin the game she was setting in motion, her eyes shinning with delight as he seemed to accept her challenges for now he wished to know what she wanted, what would impress her. Moving to sit upon the rocky out cropping she ran her fingers through her hair humming as she smiled ideas striking her.

"There is a boat traveling to King's Landing in three days, be on it.... It shall take you near the graveyard of ships from the battle of five kings, I ask you to find the wreckage of the Fury and claim the figurehead stag from it's tomb. I shall find you upon the shores, and should you accept I shall be your companion on the land. I care not if you take other women to your bedside, in fact if it gave you pleasure I would watch. But when it comes you ask for my bed it shall be me and me alone with you together in the secrets of the night. Course when that night comes we shall have a new task for you.... but until then you may have all of my kisses and company you can handle. Call me commoner, whore or take my word that I have some nobility in me in truth different from your own if you wish to introduce me or simply hide me away as your secret. Until you leave or not you will find me here every night at the twilight hour bathing"

Cale gave her a quick short nod, believing this to be true. "This is true. Lies do usually catch up with others." At least he was grateful that none of his lies caught up to him and bit him in the ass. So far his lies pretty much were way far behind him, making him safe. His golden brown eyes drifted over to her as she sat upon the rocky out cropping, widening his eyes at bit at her request.

"That's a mighty request you have there..." He remarked in surprise, tilting his head as he went through her words in his head. He quirked an eyebrow as he was certainly confused and curious to why she claimed that she'd be his companion on land. "Why say companion upon land? Why not just say companion only?" Cale asked in a curious tone, his calculating gaze upon her more closely. His lips quirked into a small smirk as she mentioned of him and only her being in his bed alone. And no one else. The young lannister usually took multiple lovers in his bed although there were rare occasions when he took only one to bed. It wouldn't hurt him that much, he supposed. "I do not hide those I bed or in the company of. I'm not ashamed of my activities whatsoever." It was true. Although this did cause trouble among the house and those who perceived his activities as dishonorable and distasteful.

He took a deep breath before breathing out softly and slowly. "I'll accept your brave request." A graveyard of ships weren't that terrifying to him and it shouldn't be that hard to get the figurehead stag from the Baratheon ship, the 'Fury'. There might be some trouble to get it no doubt. But surely he'd succeed in this conquest. Also the idea of seeing this young woman the three days before and after he got on that ship did please him truly. Though he did wonder what the other task would be. Hopefully not one that would take as long as this request.

"Because I was born on the sea, and feel the boats are more my domain then any land young lion... much like the joyless grey I prefer the seas, and upon them I am no one's but my own" she responded in kind covering her slip of the tongue with a little twist of mystery of herself. she was oh so happy he accept her request letting out a small giggle as her striking eyes looked upon him "We have an accord then" she said before continuing to work upon her hair which teased her form parting for brief moments only to close just as quick as they parted.

"Do not worry, I think you shall prevail and I believe you will find I am quite the luck charm to be around" And with that she tossed her hair back revealing herself only to sink and slip into the waters with a laugh as she turned to look upon him swimming in the waters "tis almost dark, best you come back tomorrow my young lion"

Cale quirked an eyebrow at her answer to his question, finding it a bit adequate. He wasn't sure to really trust the woman. But there shouldn't really be any consequences if something happened. But surely he'd be okay with such consequences. She seemed like such a bold woman. And bold woman tend to have other traits such as being a silver tongue, keeping secrets to themselves. Cale felt a bit thrilled at figuring out this young woman and finding out her secrets. He chuckled softly under his breath as she called him young lion. His eyes watching her as she continued to work upon her hair. "Yes, we do." He remarked, nodding his head, smirking slightly.

He tilted his head a bit at her comment of her being a good luck charm. "Of course I'll prevail. A lion will not back down from such a quest." he stated in a proud, teasing tone. His golden brown eyes traveled down her revealing body once more before she suddenly sunk and slipped into the waters quickly. Cale rolled his eyes playfully and nodded his head to the woman. "You will surely see me tomorrow, dear maiden" he commented with a delighted smile.
