A warm place - Tag Naerys

It was getting colder for each day and the white walkers were more dangerous. This wasn't a game, it was grave danger. John had sent more letters, asking about more men to be sent to the wall, sending a letter to ask for more weapons with dragon glass, since it was the only thing that could kill them. Since the last encounter, he had been training and his muscles were sore. After taking a little ride, he found this cave with the hot spring and the warm water was very welcome as he ducked naked under the water. That felt good. His muscles were starting to relax.

The past days Naerys had travelled quite a lot, more than ever before actually and that even only for the crows! Okay, not only for them since she was trying to gather information for them as well as at least her brother and herself. Her mission however definitely had tired her and a bath in a hot spring surely was very welcomened so she didn´t hesitate at all to go inside the cave she had spotted nearby.
Just in the moment she entered she already could feel the warmth, a very rare temperature and very loved by Naerys after all the cold and freezing she had and will have to endure in her life. Getting closer to the hot spring she started to undress herself but as she noticed some black clothes near the hot spring though, hidden behind a bigger stone she quickly covered her naked body with her bare hands luckily before she could seen by the other visitor of this cave she just caught sight of. Suprised that in fact it was the crow commander who was in the spring, naked, right in front of her made her speechless for a moment besides a gasp she had let out.

John had his eyes closed for a moment, enjoying the warmth so much that he almost fell asleep when he heard a gasp. His eyes narrowed, he couldn't see someone but he was sure that there was someone there. Wasn't it some another clothes where his was? This time, he was better prepared, his dagger was nearby grabbing it and rose up from the water, covering his manhood with his other hand. "Give me a good reason to why we shouldn't fight!" he said out load.

"Oh I don´t know. How about because you actually need me safe and sound? So if you would be so kindly to put away your fucking dagger and turn around so i don´t have to stay in the cold for much longer, over all naked as a new born as you might have noticed." Naerys replied, not only a little annoyed, cornering her eyes as she pouted and shrugged. She had to admit though that seeing the crow commander now almost completely uncovered was quite the tempting view.

As soon as he had turned around and hurried, almost jumped into the hot spring, which turned out to be not the best idea now that the water felt even hotter than before. Keeping quiet for an awefull while, looking him right in the eyes as well, she decided to eventually speak up and start a conversation. "So .... how is it going at your wall?"

"It goes as it does," he replied. "Need of more men, but they're all almost useless." It wasn't easy getting new recruits and it seemed that they just got rapist's, thief's and murderers. And not one of them knew to handle a sword. Only some few were promising though and some of the young boys stared at his newly scar in awe. "Gotten any useful information lately?" he asked curious.

"Maybe you really should start to recruit woman then. Well you might have to protect them from your crow ones with hardly any self control though. Still you should never underestimate the female fighting skills." She replied smirking. No matter how much the land south the wall was described as paradise one thing was sure, men hardly considered women as equal to them as they did within the free folk, at least in the most tribes she got to know so far.
"Depends on your point of view. Some tribes said they have nocticed something like a cold presence every now and then. Cold enough to even freeze a fire once at night. However what indeed seems worrying is that quite a lot people are missing. Whole tribes and clans actually. Maybe they just moved somewhere else in secret but ... well you never know."

"Then I should send words to the lord of Bear Island and ask for some few women to spare. That's the only place I've heard of having woman who can fight," he said sarcastic. A rule was a rule. Woman wasn't allowed at the wall and who knew what might happen if it became allowed. Bastards, deserters and no men at the wall. He lowered his brows as Naerys told what she knew so far. A cold presence. Tribes and clans missing. That couldn't be good.

"You have a bear island? Lemme guess, it´s ruled by bears instead humans." She joked back. Sure these were extraordinary times and the already changed probably one of the most important rules by dealing and over all protecting her and her brother but women at the wall sure were out of reach to happen at least if they are not respected and know how to keep themselfe save, though they surely still would need protection of the crow ones with hardly any sexual self control. Just then she was reminded of her first meeting with the very comander. Didn´t he say himself that he was a lusty one? Yet here they were, dealing with problems together, habing formerly helped each other and even saved lifes together including their own like equal human beings, though still naked ...
As his expression darkened she raised a brow wondering what he was thinking about the news she just had given him. "So, any suggetion you have yet to give for what we or better I could do?"

"Very funny," he said. That would have been a sight, bears ruling humans. Actually, he didn't know yet what to do. He drummed his fingers while he was thinking. "Maybe you could find out if there are some people who's having visions?" He didn't believe in visions, but why was he asking?

She raised a brow at the commander, obviously questioning him. "You mean like fortune tellers or what? Makes me wonder how you even ended up being a commander. Anyways I know few with that kind of gift. Could be kind of hard to get to them or even convince them to share their vision, in case they are still alive of course."

He snorted. He was chosen as the new commander because of what he was capable of. But that didn't bother him now. The girl the queen had spoken about didn't even know if it would happen or when if it would happen, only that she seemed serious. "Curse that girl," he mumbled. He saw Naerys raise an eyebrow. "There was a girl who said she had a vision," he started. He just needed to get his thoughts out of his head. "Saying that a winter storm would destroy the wall, the white walkers getting through and marching south being leaded by 'this god of winter'!" He placed his arms under the water again. "But if you should find them, and they have exactly same visions like that girl, then maybe..." then maybe, just maybe, he would take it seriously. But if not and this was a joke, he would travel to get the Reed girl and teach her a lesson or two.

She chuckled. "So you believe in visions? You, a crow and over all their commander? That´s actually kinda cute ya know. Unexpected but still cute since I never thought you´d believe in such things like visions like the free folk tends to do every now and then. Anyways, I will do as you request then and seek for another greenseeker. I just hope you let me rest some more before I head of." She said smirking.

"I don't believe in visions," he snorted again. "I'm just checking it out for our queen!" She was cute when she smirked. He took himself to not stare at her breasts, he couldn't do it. He shouldn't do it. "Sure," he said. Of course she could rest. He also needed it. Her shoulders were bare. Her hair was loose. No, don't stare to much at her! he thought.

Having her hair now open it was now partly swimming on the water with some strains of it covering her shoulders as well as her breasts here and there. No matter how wonderfull the life as a free woman is, it definitely lacks of frequent proper baths and I´m even one of the cleaner persons I can tell ya." She chuckled before she came closer reaching for his face. "How is your eye by the way? Seems like it still ended into a scar but I hope it at least is healing properly."

He studied her as she fixed her hair and now was loose. His cock started to stiffen when she had ducked under the water and stroke her hair to her back. Well okay not always but at least most times for fighting addicted ones or more innocent ones. Anyways, good to hear your eye is alright so far though. Would be quite a shame otherwise."

"Indeed, a commander needs his eyes or else he's dead." He had to control himself. Don't even dare to touch her. But it was starting to be so tempting to tease her bit, maybe tickle her leg with his foot under the water?

"Not only a commander. Out here everybody needs their body as sound as possible since we already got enough dangers. Tell me though, how is it beyond your wall?" She asked curious, her eyes sparkling in faszination about the land south.

"Hmmm, where to start!" he said teasingly, placing some fingers on his chin. "It's quite big at south, first one have travel the snowy north. Yes, there's still some snow at the land. But it all contains woods, animals, and the castles are build of stones. But the most impressive place, is were our queen lives!"

"You have a queen? Wow that´s new. No matter how much women here tried to get sth like a queen here, they always failed. Quite a shame. Some definitely would have been a better leader than most of the men. What does a castle look like though?" She continued her questioning.

"Yes, we have a queen who'll soon find a suitable husband and give her an heir. Most castles almost looks like castle black at the wall. Only that castle black isn't that much impressive!" he said with a smirk.

"Ah yes husbands and babies. One of the few things that are probably easier to deal with as part of the free folk. If we want them or not we at least are free to decide, well at least more than your people and especially your women." Letting finally go of his face she moved aside, next to him. "Castle black? Hmmm yeah I think I heard about it. It´s your main living place isn´t it?"

"Is that so?" he asked. "But yes, castle black is the main place I'm living among the other night's watch members." One would be used to it by the time when they first arrived, but still there were some who longed after being near woman.
