Personality: Rose is a kind soul to her family and those she's grown up with. Anyone outside of the house she has her guard up and tries her best to avoid being taken off-guard. However she treats everyone she meets with respect and polite behavior. Family is everything to her, she's especially protective of her younger siblings.

History: Rose grew up along with her younger siblings in the Lannister household. She was granted the position Master of Coin when she was 18; making her the first woman to ever be on the Council. Rose was overjoyed when she was given the honor to be on the Council. She loves her job and takes it very seriously.
