Freedom comes with a price {TAG Christian and Tristan}

Pips had finally managed to escape from the dornish guard, he still wasn't sure if Kocoum had let him or or if he had only been distracted but he didn't care: he was free again. Only problem was: now that he was free again, he wasn't quite feeling well. It could have been the climate in Dorne, or the cells, or the cuts that the chains had made in his skin... he didn't know, but that didn't really matter after all, and it wouldn't have changed his conditions in the present.

He rarely got sick, and that was a luck really, cause for someone like him getting sick was a conundrum! He didn't trust anyone enough to entrust himself to someone else, so what he usually did in the rare occasions he got sick was to find a hidden, warm spot in the city where no one would have looked for him and stay hidden until he would feel better... hoping that the gods would take mercy on him! He had gotten lucky in the past, but he couldn't be sure about the future... And now... His head was spinning, he was feeling weak, his bones were hurting... he had run around the city for hours but he didn't know King's Landing enough and the only place he could think of... well, he just couldn't remember where that damn warehouse was!!!

Urgh... stupid dornish guard... if it wasn't for him... He was still slowly walking around, lost in his thought and less and less hopeful to find a place when, crossing a street, he almost got run over by a carriage. He hadn't noticed it, and with his head spinning, hitting first the horse and the the carriage itself, he found himself laying on the ground. Fuck, that hurt! Ouch, his poor head...

"Hey, hey driver, are we there yet?"
Said man in question just signed for what must've been the 10th time already in the past 10 minutes, trying so hard to hide his growing irritation with one of his passengers. "No, my prince, not yet," he replied for the twelfth time now (if not even more) and received another childish whine from the young Prince. Seriously, how old were these twins again? He easily belived the other twin to be his age, while louder and childish one acte dmore like a spoiled 10 year old most of the time instead of his actual age.
The young royal muttered out another 'hurry up then' and tried to kill his current boredom with some more sightseeing from the carriage's window. Sadly there wasn't really anything intressting passing them by, and Christian could feel himsef growing more restless by the second. This is why he was never wa sa bg fan of travells, nothign much to do than just sit wand wait unti they arrived at their next destination. Pouting to himself, Chris pushed himself away from the window and decided to use his twin as body pillow for the rest of the ride. "Triiiiiiiiis," he whined. "Sing me a lullaby or whatever." If he fell asleep, the faster this boring ride would go!
"Driver, are we there yet?" Christian called out again, smiling to himself as he heard the man curse out in annoyace for his childish nagging. "No, were a not there ye-OHMYGOD!"

Chris eyes widened at the sudden halt, quickly poking his head outside the window when soemthign had seeming hit the the carriage. "Finally, a distraction!" he exclaiemd happily, wasting no time in opening the door and jumping outside. Pushing throught he small crowd of people who haahd staretd to gather, Christian blinked down at the redhead on the ground, grimacing slightly as he took in the male's state. Ouch, that looks uncomfortable.
"You heartless bastard," Chris nonchallantly accueed his driver, who only looked even more upset by his words. Ignoring everythign else, the darkhaired twin crouched down at the redhead's side, cheekcing for any more serious injuries.
"Tristan!" he eagerly called for his twin, his eyes not leaving the injured youngster on the ground. "I think he's still breathing... can we keep him?"

Tristan couldn't help but chuckle at the driver's dismay and annoyance with brother, already knowing that the driver was constantly judging his younger twin as a child. The only thing that was keeping Tristan sane throughout this traveling was just zoning out while looking out the carriage window at the lands of Westeros. Some of the things that he had seen, really made him thankful for his royal life. His sight seeing was soon interrupted by his brother using him as a pillow, causing him to side glance down at his brother in amusement. "A lullaby? To contain all of that energy that you have? It'll be a lost cause." he remarked down to this brother with an amused smirk. He cringed a bit, rubbing slightly at his ear at the driver's cursing. Then quickly cursed under his breath at the sudden halt of the carriage. What in the world did they just hit?

His eyes widened as his brother opened the door of the carriage and jumped out outside to see the commotion. "Christian!" he called out in irritation as he scrambled up to make sure that his energized brother didn't bring any harm to himself. He followed after his brother, barely touching others as he swerved through the crowd to take notice of a young male with astonishing red hair laying on the ground. "Well we can't just leave him out here, that would be just despicable of us to." Tristan remarked down to his brother before he crouched down to the smaller male on the ground. "He's a pretty little thing," Tristan murmured under his breath before he reached down and picked up the male carefully. And he was wounded from something else, perhaps chains, by the looks of the marks upon his wrists. "Think this trip won't be boring after all, Christian." he commented out as he got into the carriage with the male in his arms.

For many minutes Pips laid almost unconscious on the ground, only able to curl up on himself, trying to contain the pain. He was only barely conscious of the small crowd that was gathering around him, but he did vaguely gather that two people in particular approached him, even touching him! Now if he wasn't so feverish and so numb he would have run away alweary, he would have stopped them, or send them to fuck off, but in that moment all he could do was mumble a barely audible and meaningless something. He wasn't able to say anything, not even when one of the two males effortlessly took him in his arms: he did slightly tense up, and he did try to murmur something that sounded vaguely like a "put me down" but he wasn't even sure that the man actually heard it. Anyway, it didn't change much since he still found himself inside the carriage, with the two men! Hadn't he just gained again his freedom? What did he do wrong this time? He could barely ask himself this before he passed out, his head unwillingly resting on the male's chest

Christian cheerfully smiled at his twin, happily skipping after him inside the carriage after Tristan effortlessly gather the redhead up in his arms. He could always count on his brother to agree with him and come up with good ideas. He would for sure die out of sheer boredom if he had been forced to travel somewhere without Tristan. Urgh, scary thought there.

He cooed as he heard the redhead murmur out something, finding him more adorable the more he looked at the small male. He didn't even seem to weight that much to begin with. They betetr get some food in him in that case!
Once seated back inside the carriage, and threating the driver to not run over someone else unless he valued his sanity, Chris made himself comfortable by his twin's side, grinning brighty down at the smaller male currently resting in hiw twin's arms. "I wonder what color his eyes are.... what should we call him?"

Tristan chuckled softly under his breath as the male muttered something out barely, shaking his head a bit. "I don't see any reason to do so." he commented down to the male in his arms as he sat down in the carriage seat with the male in his arms. He reached down with one of his hands and stroke the male's hair out of his eyes, becoming slightly memorized by the fiery red color of the male's hair. "His hair...is just completely gorgeous." Tristan remarked to his brother with an amused smile, chuckling a bit at his brother's later remark. If he had to guess, either blue or green. Either color would do Tristan just fine. As for his name... "How about Jasper? It's the name of a beautiful red gemstone," Tristan responded to his brother's question, grinning in amusement at his brother's enthusiasm of the distraction in his arms.

Pips was trying to fight the sleepiness, trying to force himself to wake up, sensing the danger, but it wasn't easy to do so in the poor conditions he was: his skin was burning in fever and he was obviously weakened by such illness. Even like that, though, he could not allow himself to rest and relax and finally he managed to actually open his eyes: he blinked a couple of times, trying to understand what was actually going on, since he felt really confused and the fact his head kept spinning didn't help one bit. It took him a couple of seconds to realize, again, that he wasn't alone and that he was, in fact, not only in company on two men, but that he was even sitting on one of them's lap! If he had had the strength he would have just jumped out the window, and maybe the intention was even clear in his eyes, but all he could do was pull away weakly, trying to put more space between himself and the blondie. Dammit! He had to find a way to escape! He couldn't find himself prisoner once again, that wasn't fair...

"Jasper?" Christian repeated after his twin, as if testing the name on his tounge. "I like it!" he beamed happily, returning his attention to their passed out little 'guest'. Or well, not exactly passed out apparnetly, the redhead semmed to be slipping in and out of consciousness. And he didn't seem to like his current position that much. Poor guy, that hit to his head was probably only one reason behind his current state. Leaning in towards him and Tristan again, Chris reached out a hand and gently caressed the redhead's forehead, only to quickly pull it back in surprise. "Holy HELL he's hot!" he exclaimed, fanning his head quickly. "He's littearly burning up, we need a physician to check him out before he dies on us," he said while peeking out of the window again, ordering the driver to hurry up, unless he wanted Christian himself to to get up there and drive instead. The thougth of the overly hyperd prince taking the reins made the driver pale, and wordlessly made the hourses speed up as much as possible without endangering any of the bypassers.
Smiling in approvement, Chirstian leaned back into his seat beside his twin, giving the redhead a thoughtful look. "In the meantime we should try and cool him down," he mumbled, giving Tristan a flat look. "Should we strip him?"

"I knew you would," Tristan smiled in amusement as he also returned his attention onto the distraction before them.The male looked adorable as he slipped in and out of consciousness while trying to move out of Tristan's lap. His eyebrows furrowed a bit at his brother's reaction after caressing the male's forehead. Tristan reached down and caressed the male's cheek, hissing softly at the heat coming from the male. "He has a fever!" he exclaimed in a grim tone, nodding in agreement with his brother to get the male checked out. After commenting this, the carriage soon increased it's speed after his brother threatened the driver and such to hurry up so they could get to their destination. He busted out chuckling at his brother's bold comment, his eyes raking over along the male's body with a gleam in his eye. He wondered what the male would look like without his clothes for a moment. Now that was an appeasing idea as well. "Of course!" He responded with a light nod as he started to unbutton the male's shirt.

Pips was only barely conscious of the fact that the blackhaired man had just touched him, but he did manage to catch his words: did he really just suggest to strip him? Seven gods he had to wake up! he tried to shake himself awake! He finally managed to open his eyes once more and keep them open, just in time to see with horror the blonde male start to unbotton his shirt: he immediately grabbed the male's wrist with the little strenght he had slipping away from the male's lap, moving toward the carriage's door even if his legs were shaking "keep your hands... off me..." he only managed to mutter between his clentched teeth. Dammit, even withouth looking he could sense how quickly the carriage was moving... would he survive in those conditions if he jumped out?

Christian beamed at his brother again, and while Tristan began to unbutton the redhead's shirt he busied himself with looking for something to help cool the male off. His attention was soon focused back to the other two again however when he heard the redhead spoke up, and had to hold back a squeal of sheer adoration at the cute voice. Even in such a weak condition, their 'guest' just screamed adorableness. What was such a precios thing doing alone on the streets anyway?
Before Pips could move much further, the darkhaired twin wrapped his arms around him and gently pulled the smaller male onto his lap. "You're asking for the impossible I'm afraid," he cheerfully said, maing Pips lay down on the seat between the twins, using Tristan's lap as headpillow for the feverish redhead. "Now you just lay still, while me and my brother here try to cool you off~" he winked, reaching for a canteen with water he had, and gently pressing it towards Pips mouth, gesturing for him to drink.

"Would you look at that... he has beautiful green eyes as well, brother." Tristan remarked to his brother, quirking an eyebrow as the male slipped out of his lap towards the carriage door. It seemed that the male had little strength in his body. Though that had been foolish. There was no way the male could live if he jumped out the carriage. "I wouldn't do that, if I were you." he commented out before just in time his brother got a hold of the male and sat back down in the carriage. "Now, now, let us take care of you." Tristan chuckled lightly as he caressed the male's hair before returning back to unbuttoning the male's shirt. After getting the last button undone, he slipped the shirt off of the male.

Pips was too dizzy, confused and feverish to sense the presence of the second twin behind him before it was too late, so once again he found himself trapped in someone's arms. He tensed up while all the air left his lungs. That must be hell! Why those two freak of natures wouldn't just leave him alone?! They were clingier than Loki, but if he had learnt with time to bear Loki's touch, he couldn't stand those strangers's hands on his body. He had in his eyes the same look a scared kitten would have, and as a scared kitten he was now ready to bite... As the blonde guy finished to unbotton his shirt, winning all his weak resistances, Pips passed from fear to desperation: ignoring the water that the black-haired guy was handing him, with the little strength he had he jumped to bite the hand of the blonde guy that was taking away his shirt, but doing so not only he slipped the water, he also wasted all his remaining energies, passing out once more...

Chris jerked his hand hoding the water away in surprsie when the redhead suddenly lashed out, blinking over at his twin's hand where there was now visible bitemark. "Awww...." he cooed again, taking this chance to ruffle up the red mass of hair when Pips passed out again. "He's like a kitten! All frightend and fluffly~"
To be frank, Christian could understand why the male had reatced that way, being firts run over whie having such a high fever, only to wake up in the arms of two strangers in the middle of stipping him of his clothes. Hm. That sounded way worse in his own head.

"Poor thing porbbaly thinks we're about to moleste him or something," Christan casually commented, pooring some water into a piece cloth. Reaching out again towards Pips forehead, he gently dragged the soaked and cool clothed over the heated skin. "He's not compleltley wrong though," the darkhaired twin cheerfully added, looking over at Tristan's hand. "Hows your hand doing, bro?"

Tristan immediately pulled back his hand, inspecting the bite-mark with a displeasured gaze. "I see that someone has some energy in them," Tristan grumbled to himself, not being pleased with the fact that he had been bitten. If the right buttons were pressed, the calm blonde twin did have a temper. But thankfully the male here was unconscious and wounded. But that didn't mean he wouldn't get any punishment later when he was all well and such. "Oh yes. And he has the defenses of a kitten as well." Tristan commented as he placed his hands over the male's shoulders to make sure he didn't sit up and get into a biting frenzy again. If the male bit his brother...there would be a price to pay.

"He's wrong at this point but later, his suspicions would be correct," Tristan smirked, glancing back down at his hand at the bite-mark. "It's okay, no blood really." he answered his brother with a light nod of his head.

This time Pips just didn't manage to wake up again: he had probably burnt what he had left of his strenght for quite a while. Which was possibly a good thing since, if he had heard what the two bothers had just said, he would have probably simply have had a panic attack. He could do nothing but stay there and tremble, unconscious, shaken by the fever and by the nightmares this would bring with it. And now that he was shirtless and even more exposed, while his skin was burning up he felt like he was freezing. And he wasn't conscious of that anymore, but now his wounded skin was well exposed under the skin on the two brothers: if the blonde brother had in mind to punish him for his action, he could now easily see he wasn't the first one that had been caressed by such an idea. Without his jacket on, he looked even smalle, and both his chest and his back, not to mention his arms, were signed by marks and scars: some new, some old, some light, some deep... you could track a lifetime of abuses on that skin! And now you could see even the most recent ones, on his wrists...

And then suddenly the carriage slowed down and stopped. Only a moment after the driver opened the door, looking pale and very tired "We have arrived, my lords" he informed them, while some servants from the inn already reached the carriage to take care of their luggages: after all the inn had been informed of what important guests would have stopped there for the night, so they were ready to welcome them.

Christan whistled at the many scars and marks practically decoring the male's body, more than just sure that it all would cover a lifetime story behind them. Poor guy, life didn't seem to want to give him a break huh? Well good thing he and his brother here bumped into him then (hehe... 'bumped'), so instead of getting abused the redhead will be spoiled instead! And hopefully, the punshment Tristain was surely was thinking about right then wouldn't be too bad. Christian never really was agaisnt any of his ideas afterall. And for not to mention, he only ever litsnd to his twin, while whatever the rest said wasn't worth of his interesst.
"All these scars kinda just make him even more intriguing," the darkhaired twin commented casually while wipping off some seat from Pip's forhead, his eyes catching then catching the sight of his wrsts. Frowing slightly, he gently grabbed one of Pips arms and lifted it up to closer inspect the damaged skin. This wound is pretty fresh.... He sighed, carefully placing the arm back down. Some people just couldn't see the precious things right infront of them.

His cheerful and energetic smile was back in place once the driver opened the door, and happily jumped out of the carriage. Snorting the driver's expression, he ruffled up the man's hair before giving him a small bag of coins in them, telling him to lighten up and go get drunk for the night. "Come on bro, let's carry the kitten inside already~"

Tristan raked his eyes along the male's exposed chest, taking in the sight of the scars along his delicate skin. It seems that his punishment idea will have to come to a halt for now. Until the male was up and running again. Although he better not be up and running from them that is. Tristan wouldn't tolerate such rudeness. Even if such rudeness was made by such an adorable creature. "I'll never know to why people harm those weaker than them. Just doesn't make sense and is just crude." Tristan remarked as he caressed the male's cheek down to neck, tracing a few of the male's scars along his body. His fingers came to a stop along one of the male's wrists. This was probably a reason behind the male's fever. "Looks infected," he commented to a his brother as he referred to the damaged skin.

Tristan then glanced over to driver opening the door before back down at the male below in his lap. "I wonder how more intriguing he'll be when he gets better," Tristan remarked in an amused tone, chuckling a bit at his brother kitten comment. He nodded his head before gathering the male in his arms, picking him up and stepping out of the carriage. Then headed into the inn with his brother following.

Pips kept shivering uncontrollably, shaking even more under the men's touch, instinctively trying to curl up on himself, seeking some warmth. He still was unconscious, unable to fight off his fever and to wake up. When the blonde male took him in his arms once more, he was still shaking and shivering.

The driver looked quite surprised at the half naked man that Tristan was carrying, but decided he had been paid enough not to care about it and preferred to follow Christian's suggestion and go hit a tavern. Meanwhile the innkeeper showed up, escorting the two brothers toward her best room while other two maids took care of the luggages.

Christian whistled on a happy old tune as he closely followed his brother inside the inn, giving the two maid's a happy smile. His attention was shortly ocused back onto the redhead howveer, not noticing or caring at the gigglng and blushing girls they happend to pass. Once they reached their room, Chris gave the innkeeper an overy friendly pat on the back, and then just as casually waltzed inside, half dragging Tristan over to the bed to put Pips down.
"When was the last time we ate?" he thought outloud, before casting a thoughtful look down at the redhead. "...when's the last time he ate?"
Shrugging to himslef, he twirled around on his feet so he was facing the innkeeper again, pointing a demanding finger merely inches away from the the guy's face. "Bring us the best food and drink the house got. And as quickly as possible," he orderd, and then hurridely ushed the man out, flashing him a quick smile as thanks before shutting the door close.
"Now then, let's examine the kitten!" he sang happily, pretty much throwing himself towards the bed.

Tristan gave the innkeeper and the maids a charming smile, hoping that would subdue them for now. He didn't want to be asked questions and bothered until he made sure this male was alright. "I'd say early this morning," Tristan answered his brother, who took a hold of him and led him into the room eagerly. This made Tristan keep a tighter hold onto the male so he wouldn't accidentally lose hold of him. He laid the male onto the bed carefully and gazed down at the male. "He's as light as a feather. We really need to get some food into him." he remarked with a slight grimace, nodding his head to his brother's comment to the innkeeper for the best food and drink. "He's got cuts from chains...think he used to be a slave? Or a prisoner?" Tristan asked his brother as he glanced over at Christian.

Pips kept shaking like a leaf the whole time in Tristan's harms, still unable to regain consciousness. In his sleep, shivering for the cold, as long as he was in Tristan's arms, even if shirtless, he did receieve at least part of his body heat, but once the man put him on the bed even that came to an end he did by instinct something he would he never done if he would have been awake: instinctively he curled up next to the warmer things he had. The black haired guy. Only after that he started opening his eyes, but he was still too dizzy and confused and weak to actually focus and understand what was going on, the only thing he would get was that he felt so incredibly, horribly cold...

Christian frowned at the thought of the redhead being treated like that, but knew it was far from possible that it had been the case. "That's highly possible, as much as I hate to imagine it...." he muttered, a dark grimace slowly taking over his expression. It was quickly replaced with a look of surprise though, when said redhead suddenly turned and curled up against him. At this Christian's face split up into a wide grin, giving his twin a look that let the other know he was mentally squealing at this little scene. "Now he's cold instead...." the dark hariedd twin murmured, now cuddled up against Pips with one arm wrapped around him. Giving his twin a smug grin, he reached out and yanked Tristan down by the arm, so Pips was now sandwiched in between them. "We need your bodyheat bro~"

Tristan's eyes widened a bit in surprise as the male actually turned and curled up against his brother. He chuckled in amusement as he crawled onto the bed near the two, gazing down over at the male with interest. First he was burning up, now freezing up it seems. He couldn't help but read his brother's mind, chuckling at both of their adorableness. "Inde-!" Tristan was cut off from his remark as his brother yanked him by the arm down to the other side of Pips. He gave his brother a look before returning his gaze upon the male who's back was up against him. "Don't get too excited dear brother," Tristan teased Christian, winking at him in amusement. Before he wrapped an arm around Pips and scooted closer to him.

Pips was still shivering for the cold, his fever was still high but his body was ice cold, even with the twin brothers now both hugging him. He was finally starting to regain consciousness, managing to open his eyes, but he was feeling dizzy, numb and weak. Even the panic of the fact he could feel what he could remember where two people touching him was dumbened by the fact he had no energy at all in his body. Could a person be high on fever? Cause the sensation was more or less that... "Get away from me..." he managed to lowly mumble between his teeth
