Event #3// Mass Murder Alert + volunteers wanted/needed/wished xD

Hellow again xD

So I checked the suggestion list and decided for a world wide (more or less) mass murder alert. In this event either EVERYONE or all the people besides the one being in king´s landing can attend since the location of the mass murder is unknown and he/she/it can appear anytime and everywhere. Also there can be a group of killers instead of only one.

Now to the mass murder/group of mass murders/killers themselves. In order to not have a big mess you can be the one/one of them during the event so we know who actually is the/one of the wanted persons and who is maybe acidentally mistaken for one.
