Personality:
Fierce, headstrong, crafty, carefree and random are some of her most notable traits. Though many would often complain about her very un-lady like ways and major attitude problems, something she even tends to have to her superiors. She can go from an over the top optimist to a depressed pessimist ,is mostly blunt and flat about everything, and very rarely thinks over things thoroughly before acting out on them. Thus more than often she ends up blurting out whatever she’s thinking at that very moment. So she’s never been afraid to make herself heard or flatly point out what she thinks of something or someone, which has on more than one occasion placed her in trouble. A little too proud for her own good one could say, as she’d rather go down fighting than simply admitting defeat, no matter the odds or chances of her getting hurt or worse.
But even with her wild-child and rebellious personality, she can still be pretty chill and laidback, and wouldn’t mind wasting a whole day doing nothing if she could. She may come off as arrogant and rude with her straight forward and sarcastic side of hers, if not even a little self-centered as well, but give her time and a gentler part of hers might show.
As much as Sara tries to deny it, she also has a clumsy side (and apparently bad luck following her) that often comes out at the most inappropriate times. Though whenever that happens, she tries to walk it off as if it never happened.

History:
Before Sara was born, her mother had been working as a servant for the Lannister’s, while her father had been a well-known and liked blacksmith. While her older brother, Colen, got the privilege of being allowed into their father’s forge and learn to become a blacksmith himself, Sara had to stick around her mother and take after her ways instead. It bored the small girl to tears though, as she always preferred to sneak out after her brother to see him work, or play with other boys around her age. Both her parents and many others always tried to make a proper lady out of her, and it always ended the same way, with them failing in that mission miserably. On more than several occasions, Sara’s been mistaken for a boy growing up, both her looks and attitude, especially since she insisted on keeping her hair short and kept cutting it off whenever her mother would look away. Almost everyone thought and saw the girl as to be worse than a ‘wildling’. Her early childhood was still happy though, aside from the many lectures she received and all the trouble she kept getting herself in. One of her most found memories from that time would be when Colen took her out to spend time with him, or allow her inside their father’s workplace without him knowing, and show her the new things he had learned. She never got the chance to try and forge anything for herself of course, being too small, irresponsible and ‘way to clumsy to be trusted with anything sharp’ in her hands (according to her family and friends). The other found memories she had, was mostly consisted by the times she played and hung around with her childhood friend, Cale Lannister. Even with the high difference in status, Cale was the one other person aside from her brother she could fully relax and be her true self with, without being looked down or frowned upon by her tomboyish acts and rebellious antics. Overall she was remembers as wild and happy child.

One day however, without warning or any real explanation why, her mother quit her job, packed their things and left with a confused and unwilling 10 year old Sara. What made the whole matter worse, her brother stayed behind with their father who she never came to see again since then. They moved away, and traveled for a while before her mother settled down again, and had them both start working for another noble family. During their travel, her mother had given birth to her younger sister, Nella, but she never showed any happiness or joy over it. Sara managed to keep in touch with her brother during the years she grew up apart from him, where she through their letters told him about their baby sister, and how their mother had grown more distant and cold the more years went by. What hurt Sara the most wasn’t how harsh her mom had become towards her, but how dismissive she acted towards her younger sister. Colen finally told her what at least he knew had happened that day when she left. Their mother had apparently been raped, while their father had instead of being there to help, accused her of being disloyal to him and threatened to kill her if she didn’t leave. Apparently, their father had also become abusive with the years, which leaded up to her brother leaving him as well. Meanwhile, while her mother on focused on herself and work, Sara had been the one to particularly raise Nella, doing everything she could to make the girl feel cared for.
Then another day came that changed Sara’s life yet again. Her mother had just left, disappeared without a word or trace. Having had enough of it all, Sara decided to go back to her birthplace and find Colen, and so packed up and left with her sister. They found him, now working as black smith himself. The siblings settled down together, Sara and Colen both trying to raise and teach Nella the best they could. It may not always be easy, but they managed to stay happy. The major problem Sara had though was keeping a job. Her attitude problems and big mouth weren’t the only things getting her fired apparently. So then, as much as the idea irked her, she returned to the Lannister House and found herself working as servant for them once again. Hopefully she’ll manage to keep this job, without getting into too much trouble… or end up someplace worse.

Extra:
A childhood dream of hers was to become a knight one day, which over time slowly seemed to die. However, her interest in swordplay and martial activity never left, and always sneaks away to train ok her skills whenever she’s able too. She’s mostly self-taught, and has developed her own ways of fighting and strategies, but is still far away from being a professional at it. She’s still fully capable of handling a sword on her own however, and isn’t afraid of getting herself hurt if it is to learn some new moves and techniques.

um...there is a house Blackwood....is she a political prisoner? and lol, the Blackwood family is massive X'D not to be mean or anything, I'm just wondering because I want to make a character from house Blackwood

yea, there is XD it's okay, it's not really featured in the tv series but is more prominent in the books. I just wanted to double-check if you knew or not. maybe Sara is an illegitimate child of a Blackwood? that would make her Sara Rivers if you want that Wink

well sadly i just recently started watching the show, so i don't know much about it yet Razz

still learing. but thanks anyway, though i just wanted to make her a commoner, so i'll see what name i'll find for her ^^
