4 days only...

Greta was back in the library, looking distractedly at the books searching for the ones she had started to read for Daemon and then never finished. She was still shocked by what happened the previous day, the only thought of Daemon would give her chills: there was a dangerous aura around him, he was like a wild lion who could look soft and quiet while asleep but then suddenly show his fangs and attack. She smiled to herself: yes, the lion metaphor was quite accurate. And she was both attracted and scared by such danger... The arm wrestling they were playing was something new, something refreshing... she kept looking foreword to see him again, that could maybe be the reason why she went back to the library, but in the same time... she didn't think he would come back, too much of a coincidence, and as much as she didn't want to admit it to herself she didn't want to see him again on her own. There was just a certain amount of time you could meet a lion and stay unharmed... Beside, she knew her aunt and cousin would be there any moment so the chances to see him alone before the wedding would get thinner.

Daemon was just on the way to the library again to return the book from yesterday before he had to return to the preperations. Whisteling he entered and gave Greta a wave to let her know of his presence and walked to the bookshelf he got his book from.

For once, Greta was aware of daemon's presence before he could touch her taking her by surprise. She felt a thrill when she saw him but she limited herself to smile and wave back politely. "I'm glad you made me the courtesy to announce your presence with your whistling, instead of popping up all of the sudden as per usual" she teased him, as her usual habit, but this time she kept herself at quite a distance from him.

"Oh I just wanted to save your screaming for another time my dear." He replied putting back the book. "I heard your relatives should arrive soon. Would you like me to join you welcoming them?"

Once again she was thankful for the fact she wasn't the blushing kind of girl, because his allusion was far too evident. She bit her lower lip, too temped to reply "Oh really? And for what would you save my screams, I wonder?" the distance between them gave her courage, she could always run away if he approached... "Yes, my aunt and cousin will be here soon. And well, it is your house, my lord, I wouldn't be able to stop that even if I wanted to."

He simply ignored her question since he was sure she´d knew the answer already to his tease and walked closer to Greta so they didn´t have to raise their voices. "Ah I see. In that case I´d join you to welcome them then."

She couldn't help herself but make some steps behind. Even if she wanted to seem self-confident as usual, Daemon's did have a certain effect on her. "Be my guest, my lord" she replied, though, with her usual mocking smile

Daemon noticed his recent effect on Greta and came closer again with a sassy smirk. "Now then since this matter is set don´t you wanna message me again?"

Greta narrowed her eyes: oh, she both loved and hated it! She was supposed to be the witty and mocking one, but Daemon Lannister kept putting her to the test! She felt forced to step behind again "My lord tends to take too many liberties from my massages..." she replied, faking an innocence that they both knew she didn't have.

He chuckled. "Oh you mean the kiss from yesterday? Well you better don´t forget who caused it besides you earned that punishment my dear." Daemon remarked with a sassy you-know-I´m-right-look.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, my lord" she replied with the most angelic look, it could sound almost true if Damon didn't know better, but then she couldn't keep herself from continuing "Though I'm glad to her that that's what you mean by punishment..." she had just the time to finish the phrase before her back hit the corner of the room: she didn't get where she was going stepping back until that moment, now she was trapped between the library and Daemon, that was locking her way out. If she would try to run, he would catch her without any problem...

As Greta moved constantely away, Daemon came closer only stopping when again he was standing right in front of her. "You know, just because romours say so I´m not that of a pervert and lusting after women all the time you scared little chicken." He said patting Greta on her head.

As he got closer and closer her heart started beating faster and faster and she started fearing and hoping he would kiss her again. As soon as he got closer just to tease her, though, she could feel the anger rise "Oh my lord, rumors are not the problem, I could experiment by myself yesterday if you well remember"

"Oh that." He shrugged, not affected at all. "I just thought it would be good to set things even. Remember our meeting in the stone garden?"

"If I remember correctly, I didn't corner you like I was hunting a prey" she replied petulantly. She was well aware of her faults, but she wasn't going to admit them. They were playing a game, and she wanted to win it.

Daemon laughed before he replied and patted her head again. "Oh if I really would have done that I´d already have eaten you up."

She narrowed her eyes: how dared he treat her like a child and pat her head? She was so pissed that she didn't even think about what to say, she replied by instinct "Maybe you like to think so, but I'm not so sure you'd manage" she was being terribly sassy, her anger perfectly hidden behind a mask of self control and good manners

Daemon pulled grabed her hand and pulled her close just to let his hands wander down to her waist pushing her against the wall. One of his hands tightened his grip, the other one went down her skirt lifting it slowly up as he reached down to her whispering in her ear. "Are you still that sure about it?"

It happened all so quickly that Greta barely understood how she got so close to Daemon, their bodies touching, her skirt slowly lifting... Her heart was beating so fast he could surely hear it, and for once in her life, she was actually speechless. She didn't manage to do or say anything, she was still processing his closeness, the thrilling fear, the excitement of that forbidden moment.

When almost half of the skirt was lifted and her knee was shown he stopped backing off again with a smirk. "Didn´t think it was actually that easy to get you speechless." He turned away and walked to shelf near them searching for a new book. "What do you like to read about most by the way?"

To Greta the situation was too surreal to be true, in her head an alarm started to sound only when her knee was uncovered. Only when he let her go she could re-gain control over herself, stopping to look blankly at him. She bit her lower lip: he won the match... but not the war, not yet. Like nothing happened and pretending her knees weren't shaking, Greta started walking, overcoming him and getting between him and the door, creating a way out for herself "Well, I knew you wouldn't get through with that. I knew I had nothing real to fear..."

He was suprised now Greta was the one blocking his way since not a moment ago she was scared like a little lamb unable to move though he could sense her excitement and desire of his tough. Still smirking he answered her pointing towards her shivering body. "True but I indeed am aware of that this is just what you´re saying since your body is telling your real feelings and thoughts."

"Or maybe my body, my lord, is just mocking you." she replied as sassy as ever, making some more steps toward the door and creating more space between her and Daemon: truth was, she wasn't blocking his way, she was only creating herself a way out.

"As it looks it´s rather mocking you if even at all. Now then if you´d excuse me I´d need to take of something else unless my attention is wished somewhere else." He replied.

Always an answer ready! Oh, but she took him by surprise once, she could do that again... even if that one wasn't the right moment. "I won't stop you, my lord. I should actually go myself, and to be precise, it was you once again who blocked me from going, not the contrary. You can try to blame me for this as much as you want, but we both know that you simply enjoy it." Now that was quite reckless, she had no proof he was actually enjoying their little 'fights', but she said that with confidence nonetheless.
