Is there a free room? [TAG: Daria]

Carriae was walking at a quick pace, wearing off her annoyance in that way: that was it. She was sick tired of her innkeeper: her judging glance, her rude ways that turned nice only when she waved some money in her face. She didn't mind fake courtesy, but since she was paying good money that unbearable woman could at least keep pretending to like her whenever she was in her presence! Ah, but now she had reached her limit! She had enough money to make any innkeeper happy, why did she have to stand that woman's attitude?
She quickly turned a corner, heading toward a place called the Crossroads Inn: she didnlt remember who exactly told her about that place, but anyway she had heard good things and it was worth a try.
As she opened the door and got in she greeted cheerfully, calling for whoever was in charge "Hello?"

Daria rushed from the kitchen as she heard the front door of her inn shut close. A group of men staying there had just left, leaving her with a few empty rooms. The thought of new guests excited her, as she had begun to worry for her income.
Wiping her hands on her apron she appeared from around the corner to greet her new guest. Daria's feelings were mixed when she first saw her new guest. She was grateful the guest was a woman. It felt safe, but they were rare. Women rarely travelled alone, without male company. Likewise she was disappointed she was only one and not a group. Groups greatly heightened her income upon arrival. Of course she let none of this show on her face, professional as she was, and she smiled brightly at her new guest the way she had been taught how since she was old enough to walk.
"Welcome," she said, looking her new customer in the eyes. "How may I help you?"

Carriae smiled as the red haired girl arrived welcoming her, moving some steps inside.
"Am I talking to the innkeeper of this place?" she asked, not being sure of the answer. She preferred women as innkeepers, males had the bad habist to think they could have other benefis from her permanence, but there were few female innkeepers in King's Landing.

Daria immediatly understood how this was most likely the young girl's first visit to an inn. It seemed quite obvious she was the inkeeper of this place, considering her position and what she had just asked of the young blonde. She supposed Daria's age and gender might confuse things, but still most understood.
"You are, m'lady," she said, nodding with a smile upon her lips. She wanted to ask if she could help, but she had already asked that, and it would feel silly to repeat. Instead, she just stood there waiting. The young girl had heard her the first time, if she wanted help she would let Daria know.

With a new smile Carriae nodded at the girl's answer: that surely was a good thing. "Good. You see, I'm looking for a new accomodation, my old one... let's say it bored me. I can pay well..." she said quickly extracting a golden coin from a pocket hidden in the folds of her skirt and showing it to the red-haired girl "but there are some conditions." she continued, hiding the coin again after she made sure the girl could take a good look at it. "Would you like to sit and discuss it further?"
